Advice, care, support: the ProCurand team at Outpatient Care Potsdam helps you to live independently in your own home for as long as possible. Our services include basic and treatment care according to a doctor's prescription, such as insulin injections and blood sugar monitoring. Our competent nursing staff will take care of administering medication (including eye drops), putting on and taking off compression stockings and bandages and applying wound dressings professionally.

A social worker advises tenants of Potsdamer Wohnungsgenossenschaft 1956 e.G., senior citizens and other people seeking advice on all matters relating to health, care and social issues - free of charge and in a relaxed atmosphere, of course. Whether it's about the degree of care, the installation of a home emergency call system, the conversion of the flat to make it suitable for senior citizens or the choice of the right care service - we are there for you!
