Tenants live independently in 43 low-barrier flats, individually supported as required. Inpatient care comprises 60 places, including for people with dementia and short-term care. The residence is quietly located in Barnimer Land. Shopping facilities, doctors and Eberswalde Zoo are within easy reach, and the bus stop is right outside the building.
