The ProCurand team started slightly late Nursing home Pfarrer Lukas This year, May arrived in Cham without a festival, but it was celebrated all the more extensively! The traditional maypole was, of course, not to be missed at the May festival. It was lovingly designed by our resident Rainer Bertaschus. The creative senior is already known in our facility for his elaborately built puppet theatres and once again put a lot of passion into this. Thank you for that!
In the afternoon, our residents gathered for coffee and cake. They were treated to freshly baked pretzels, cheese specialities, and cool drinks. Later, the kitchen team delighted everyone with grilled food. „There was live music, and we swayed, danced, and sang along. Together, we joyfully welcomed spring. The Maypole will remain with us in Cham all summer, reminding us of the beautiful celebration we shared,“ reports Nicole Roith, Head of Social Support. How wonderful it is when traditions are cherished!
