A new career move at Outpatient care Berlin-Lichtenberg: Dennis Plonske has been supporting the team as a care assistant since last year. He has now begun his training to become a qualified nurse, thereby developing his career further at ProCurand.
At first, Dennis did not find the decision to pursue the apprenticeship easy. He received support from his colleagues Jaqueline Schulz and Christin Kobilke. „In the beginning, I had doubts about starting the apprenticeship. But Jaqueline Schulz and Christin Kobilke motivated me and supported me with everything. Now I'm looking forward to my professional development,“ Dennis explains.
Awaiting him at the start of his training was a little surprise: Director of Nursing Christin Kobilke and Jaqueline Schulz presented Dennis with a traditional paper cone filled with treats and wished him every success for this new chapter.
