At the Vier Jahreszeiten restaurant in the ProCurand Bölschestraße senior citizens' residence Udo Jürgens, aka Alf Weihs, also known as The Charming Voice, recently performed at the restaurant. The restaurant was filled to capacity, with around 90 enthusiastic residents and tenants taking part. They swayed, sang along and danced the night away. The guests were spoilt with homemade cherry cake - with cream, please! - and coffee and tea. Some enjoyed a refreshing beer or a glass of wine. Everyone enjoyed the company and conviviality and, of course, the well-known songs by Udo Jürgens. One resident was celebrating her birthday that day and everyone serenaded her. Gerda Schade began to dance on her chair and regretted that she could no longer dance properly. Denise Grytzka from Social Services intervened courageously and asked her to dance. The two of them danced. „She danced like a feather and had tears of emotion in her eyes, a very touching moment!“ says Denise Grytzka. It's never too late for joy of living and the joy of dancing, at least not in Bölschestraße! The concert was once again organised by Denise Grytzka and the fantastic support team, assisted by student interns. Thank you for this, dear colleagues.
