„Welcome to the carnival“ was also the motto in the serviced apartment of the ProCurand Wriezener Straße in Strausberg. After a brief welcome from the house manager Annemarie Senzel, the confetti cannon was used. Then Marko Krause - ventriloquist, magician and DJ - took over for an hour and a half. He delighted everyone with a unique, funny and touching programme. There was much laughter, swaying and singing along. Fortified with homemade cakes, fresh pancakes (known elsewhere as doughnuts) and coffee, everyone enjoyed the afternoon and forgot their worries, big and small, for a few hours. „The feedback was fantastic; Sigrid, a long-standing resident, even described our carnival as the best event we've ever had!“ says Annemarie Senzel, the care home manager. It was definitely a carnival that everyone will remember and certainly not Marko Krause's last performance!
