In the ProCurand Cottbus retirement home the team celebrated an exuberant carnival party together with the residents. The dining room was lovingly decorated with streamers and balloons. Everyone had dressed up. Everyone swayed and sang along to the music played by accordionist Christian. There were pancakes (known elsewhere as doughnuts), delicious juices, including a cranberry juice and a sparkling champagne cocktail. With lard, minced pork and egg salad sandwiches, the Cottbus carnival was also a culinary highlight.
