Successfully recruiting future nursing talent: the team from ProCurand Senior citizens' residence Am Görnsee with a stand on the Lehnin school campus at a trainee fair. They patiently answered all the questions from the large number of pupils about training as a carer (m/f/d) or about an internship. „There were four of us, nursing service manager David Skudlarek, Percy Assmann and myself, and as we couldn't take anyone from the nursing department with us due to illness, Louisa Nachtigall, cleaning team leader, had to step in. We had some really great conversations and lots of interested students at the stand. Now we hope that something will come of it,“ reports Juliane Rogazewski, head of the facility.
