My team went the extra mile to make sure everything ran smoothly. From organising the prizes to providing champagne, beer and tasty snacks - the commitment of the day-to-day care staff played a key role in the success of the event,“ reports Ricarda Thieme, team leader of the care team. The residents and tenants played, laughed and won. Anyone who won a prize was beaming with joy, and even those who weren't lucky this time enjoyed the afternoon to the full. „A wonderful example of how small events can bring great joy and how important it is to create these moments of community in our senior residence.
