Daniela Landsberg, facility manager, and Monika Schröter from the care team travelled with 18 residents of the ProCurand Cottbus retirement home by bus to the Spreewald farmer Ricken in Vetschau. The farm is known for its asparagus and strawberry cultivation. There is a huge barn offering regional products and a restaurant with regional dishes, fitting for the season. „We ate delicious asparagus in the most varied of ways and after a bit of window shopping, we enjoyed delicious cake and coffee," says Daniela Landsberg.
