Our ProCurand team Eberswalde senior citizens' residence got together for a pre-Christmas celebration, warmly welcoming the new facility manager, Petra Winter. Around 50 colleagues celebrated with delicious food and drinks. There was a hearty „robber's feast,“ meaning duck or pork knuckle with red cabbage or sauerkraut and potatoes, and also pork fat spread on bread. The atmosphere was boisterous, even though – or perhaps precisely because – the recent period at the site, with changes in the management team, had brought about some unrest. It was all the more important that the team sat together cozily and had time for conversations and shared laughter. A fire pit to warm up was also a must!
„I was made to feel very welcome and was pleased to have the opportunity to get to know my team a little better in a relaxed atmosphere,“ says Petra Winter, facility manager.
