The ProCurand team Cottbus retirement home celebrated a summer party with the tenants. The Cottbus residents were lucky with the weather: the sun was shining, there were few clouds in the sky and a light breeze was blowing. Everyone was overjoyed to be able to celebrate outdoors. First there was delicious strawberry cake and coffee. Because the weather was so nice, ice cream sundaes were served, with cream of course, and summery melon punch - delicious! Musician Tom from Dresden accompanied the revellers throughout the day. He performed as Heino, Elvis and even Andrea Berg, which went down very well with everyone. There was dancing, clapping and lots of laughter.
As the grand finale, the building technician grilled sausages. Everyone enjoyed the potato salad that had been prepared by the tenants the day before. „One tenant gave a speech of thanks and there was a standing ovation for my team, which was very touching for all of us,“ says facility manager Daniela Landsberg, who of course joined in the celebrations and dancing.
