As every year, our Grebs residents from the ProCurand Senior citizens' residence Am Görnsee A baking oven festival has become a popular tradition. There was baked sunflower bread, wholemeal bread, white bread and pretzels from the facility's stone oven. In-house technician Percy Assmann helped out in the kitchen and prepared the bread dough. All the breads were extremely tasty and the lard sandwiches went down well with the residents. Federweißer was served to go with it. Despite the lack of sunshine, the weather was fine and everyone was satisfied, full and happy.
Conclusion: It was another really nice baking oven festival and the tradition will certainly be continued next year, great!
