As every year, our Grebs residents from the ProCurand Elderly Residential Home Am Görnsee A bake-off, which has already become a popular tradition. There was baked sunflower bread, wholemeal loaves, white bread, and pretzels from the establishment's stone oven. Maintenance technician Percy Assmann helped out in the kitchen, preparing the bread doughs. All the breads were extremely delicious and the lard sandwiches were well-received by the residents. Federweißer was served to accompany them. The weather cooperated despite the lack of sunshine, and everyone was satisfied, full, and happy.
Conclusion: It was a really lovely oven festival again and the tradition will surely continue next year, great!
