Lantern parade in Grebs

Lantern, lantern, sun, moon and stars: This year too, the annual lantern procession by ProCurand took place Elderly Residential Home Am Görnsee  through Kloster Lehnin/Grebs. Residents gathered with their relatives at the entrance of the facility and walked through the town with their homemade lanterns. The team accompanied them, of course. Wheelchairs and walkers were also decorated with fairy lights. A colourful procession of lights moved through Kloster Lehnin. Leading the way: Maintenance technician Percy Assmann, who played atmospheric songs from a music box. After the walk, a small refreshment from the barbecue awaited everyone. There were sausages and hot tea and coffee. A lovely highlight now that the darker season is here!
