Christmas carol singing in Grebs

Once again, the Damsdorf choir came to coffee time at the ProCurand Elderly Residential Home Am Görnsee. The 15 choir members sang traditional Christmas carols together with our residents. “Silent Night“ and „O, Holy Night“ were particularly popular – during these classics, most residents showed they knew the lyrics and melodies well. Many remembered the pre-Christmas season of their childhood, and some even shed a few tears while singing along. Those who weren't quite as musical listened to the contemplative Christmas music over coffee and cake. It was a wonderful afternoon, everyone agreed. Music truly is the joy of life!
