In glorious summer weather, some residents undertook Park Sanssouci senior citizens' residence in Potsdam a special mystery tour. The destination was a castle tour on the Havel.
On board the MS Sanssouci, the residents were able to experience the Potsdam lake and palace landscape from a completely new perspective. Over coffee and cake, sea shanties sung together and summer weather, the time on the water flew by.
The opportunity for a little chat with the captain was also eagerly seized. Thus, alongside views of Potsdam's well-known palaces and the Havel landscape, the boat tour offered plenty of time for shared conversations and socialising.
For the residents, the castles boat tour was a varied excursion and a wonderful opportunity to experience Potsdam from the water.
